Dr. Çukur is Professor in the Dept. of Electrical-Electronics Engineering, the National Magnetic Resonance Research Center (UMRAM), and the Neuroscience Graduate Program at Bilkent University.

Dr. Ozturk is a member of ICON Lab and an Assoc. Prof. in the Department of Electrical-Electronics Engineering at Ankara Haci Bayram Veli University. His research interests are deep learning, computer vision, medical image analysis and content-based image retrieval.

Valiyeh received her M.S. degree in Electrical Engineering at Sharif University of Technology in 2021. Her research interests include multi-modal deep learning methods for tissue segmentation.

Gokberk received his B.S. degree in Electrical-Electronics Engineering from Bogazici University in 2020. He is currently working on novel machine learning approaches for medical image reconstruction.

Usama received his B.S. degree in Electrical Engineering from NUST in 2021. He is working on unrolled deep learning architectures for inverse problem solutions.

Bilal received his B.S. degree in Electrical Engineering from AGU in 2022. He is currently working on neural radiance fields approaches for image processing tasks.

Fuat is a graduate student in the Department of Electrical and Electronics Engineering at Bilkent University. He is currently working on multimodal deep learning for radiological applications.

Melih is a graduate student in the Department of Electrical and Electronics Engineering at Bilkent University. He is currently working on multimodal deep learning for radiological applications.

Omer received his B.S. degree in Electrical-Electronics Engineering from Bilkent in June 2023. He is currently working on state space models for medical imaging tasks.

Arda received his B.S. degree in Electrical-Electronics Engineering from ITU in 2024. He is currently working on vision-language model for medical tasks.

Furkan received his B.S. degree in Computer Engineering from METU in June 2024. He is currently working on medical image reconstruction via deep learning models.

Efe received his B.S. degree in Electrical-Electronics Engineering from Bilkent in June 2025. He is currently working on deep learning models for medical image synthesis.

Parsa received his B.S. degree in Electrical-Electronics Engineering from Bilkent in June 2024. He is currently working on deep learning models for medical image analysis.
