Dr. Çukur is Professor in the Dept. of Electrical-Electronics Engineering, the National Magnetic Resonance Research Center (UMRAM), and the Neuroscience Graduate Program at Bilkent University.

Dr. Ozturk is a member of ICON Lab and an Assoc. Prof. in the Department of Electrical-Electronics Engineering at Amasya University. His research interests are deep learning, computer vision, medical image analysis and content-based image retrieval.

Valiyeh received her M.S. degree in Electrical Engineering at Sharif University of Technology in 2021. Her research interests include multi-modal deep learning methods for tissue segmentation.

Gokberk received his B.S. degree in Electrical-Electronics Engineering from Bogazici University in 2020. He is currently working on novel machine learning approaches for medical image reconstruction.

Atakan received his B.S. degree in Electrical-Electronics Engineering from METU in June 2021. He is currently working on deep learning methods for analyzing brain connectivity patterns in resting-state fMRI for disease characterization.

Usama received his B.S. degree in Electrical Engineering from NUST in 2021. He is working on unrolled deep learning architectures for inverse problem solutions.

Bilal received his B.S. degree in Electrical Engineering from AGU in 2022. He is currently working on neural radiance fields approaches for image processing tasks.

Fuat is a graduate student in the Department of Electrical and Electronics Engineering at Bilkent University. He is currently working on multimodal deep learning for radiological applications.

Melih is a graduate student in the Department of Electrical and Electronics Engineering at Bilkent University. He is currently working on multimodal deep learning for radiological applications.

Bora received his B.S. degree in Electrical-Electronics Engineering from Bilkent in June 2023. He is currently working on deep learning models for remote monitoring of health signals on wearable devices.

Omer received his B.S. degree in Electrical-Electronics Engineering from Bilkent in June 2023. He is currently working on state space models for medical imaging tasks.
